Guest Editor for a special issue of Equity and Excellence in Education on LGBT Issues in K-12 Schools.

Consultant with the Women's Sports Foundation to create educational materials for college and high school athletic programs on addressing homophobia in athletics, entitled “It Takes A Team: Making Athletics Safe for Lesbian and Gay Athletes and Coaches”

Consultant with School of Education Educational Television to create a instructional video for teacher training programs focused on identifying specific strategies adults in school can use to make schools and classroom safer for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender students

Co-leading a funded research team on a three-year project to describe how schools in Massachusetts are responding to state Department of Education recommendations for making schools Safe for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender students. Funded through the Institute for Gay and Lesbian Strategic Studies by the Ford Foundation and the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
